Pahang police reported 9,833 road accidents with 108 fatalities in 2025, focusing on 61 high-risk routes including 36 black spots and 25 hot spots to enhance safety for Hari Raya travelers. The operations involve over 200 officers aiming to manage one million vehicles expected on these roads and reduce incidents during the festive period. Authorities will continue monitoring these critical areas through Ops Selamat until March 24, highlighting a coordinated effort to curb accidents and fatalities.
