Vietnam’s President and Party General Secretary To Lam arrived in Beijing on April 14 for his first state visit to China since assuming office, aimed at reinforcing deepening bilateral ties, according to VnExpress International and Channel News Asia. During the visit, To Lam met with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People to discuss economic cooperation and development priorities on April 15.
